Absolute value of real number & Zero

Absolute value of real number:


    The absolute value of a real number 'a' denoted by /a/ , is 'a' if 'a' is non- negative and '-a' if 'a' is negative; also called numerical value.


Absolute Zero:

 Refer to the least possible temperature for all substances.At this temperature the molecules of any substance possess to heat energy. A figure of -273.15 C of the ordinary thermometer is generally accepted as the value absolute zero.
